What is being demanded?
Independent recognition by your peers is extremely valuable and Housemark’s comments on 3C’s winning of ‘Most Innovative Consultancy’ at this month’s Digital Housing Awards was akin to winning the award twice (Housemark post).
Central to 3C winning the award was our work in what is now considered by many the greatest risk to social housing providers – data and knowledge and information management. A recent major survey of social housing executives by Housing Technology, which responded to the government’s report on the ‘Quality of data in social housing’, revealed that 80% of respondents were calling for guidance around ‘data validation and auditing tools’. Our award was based on 3C’s pioneering work in this area, the solutions we have developed, and was supported by customer testimony as to the difference we can make.
