Microsoft Dynamics, or Dynamics 365 now that it has been recently rebranded, has become increasingly popular as a method of integrating software applications and presenting them to users and customers in a modern, integrated and attractive format. It integrates well with other applications; with a little training, some development can be carried out in-house; support costs tend to be relatively low; and it readily supports the development of online, customer self-service solutions, so a great tool for Digital delivery and driving efficiencies. Microsoft's message is: 'for productivity solutions use Office 365, for your line-of-business solution use Dynamics 365'.
