Lesley has been working in the social housing, private housing and local government sectors for nearly 25 years, with over ten years' experience as a management consultant. She has worked closely with a great many different housing associations, local authorities, LSVTs and ALMOs and has a wealth of experience assisting them to achieve tangible benefits through the introduction of ICT systems.
Lesley has extensive experience in ICT business transformation, procurement, implementation, migration, options appraisals, business systems analysis, business case development, project management and strategy and has good knowledge of various ICT systems, including housing management, finance, electronic document management including purchase to pay, HR and Payroll, asset management and mobile.
