We are able to continue to attend on-site but will discuss this with customers on a case by case basis.
Should advise on travel change, or where customers have a preference for off-site service delivery only, all members of the 3C team are able to work from their home office, which has always been the case. We use Office 365 to communicate and store information. Project files and client work is securely stored in the Microsoft cloud, enabling us to continue to collaborate with customers and suppliers remotely, using Microsoft Teams to provide video conferencing as well as real-time sharing and collaboration on documents.
All our documentation is stored on SharePoint and should a 3C team member be taken ill, other members of the 3C team will be able to ensure continuity of service.
